Operation Wobbly Bottom: Week 12

So after a couple of weeks being a bit off track I have pulled it back with a great loss this week.

This week, I'd say I definitely ate MORE - more speed foods - loads of kale, sugar snap peas, salads on the side of every tea. I have also been drinking more water lately. I went to the gym just the once last week, and this is something that I would like to try my best to make more time for.

I also stayed to class this week - it really does make a difference to catch up and see how everyone else is doing and to be inspired. Jackie, our group leader is great and we always leave with fresh ideas of how to boost our weight loss or try something different.

I know numbers aren't the be-all and end-all, but here are mine to date:

I now weigh 10 stone 13½

I was 12 stone 5½ when I started.

At my heaviest when pregnant with Rosie I was 15 stone 4lbs.

I am very happy with myself at the minute. I know I need to keep going, get back at the gym and stay motivated. I still have a way to go, I know that. But I am in the best shape I have been in years and with the most energy.

Check out my pictures, from starting to now.

I do wish I had made more of an effort with my hair :) But I love how the V on the neck is getting lower and lower as I lose the weight. However - I still have quite a bit to shift from my middle.

But I'll get there!

I wondered if I should update the wobbly bottom photo to a new one. But I have decided not to. Yes that is a picture of my wobbly bottom - but it doesn't actually look like that anymore, and I am quite proud of that. :)
