Well I have well and truly fell off plan for a little bit haven't I!
I was really good all week until my birthday, and then we went out for tea twice, had a takeaway, ate cake and drank all the wine. It was great.
However, I would hate to undo all my hard work. I've put half a pound on this week, and one and a half last week, so that's 2lb. Not the end of the world but I need to get that off this week and get straight back on track.
This is what happens when I lose weight, always. I get comfortable, feel a bit better and then go off track and before I know it the weight is all back on. However, it's been a long time since I have lost this much weight so I am going to get in the right frame of mind to keep it off this time.
I have a plan:
* I have a food diary for this week that I will fill in to stay on track
* Gym three times this week - I love it and can feel the difference having lost some of the weight now
* Back to loads of fruit and veg and meal planning for the week
I feel like I am in the right frame of mind now. Just this morning I have woke up in THE ZONE.
So, I'll draw a line under the last two weeks, and start again today.
