Operation Wobbly Bottom: Week 11

Well I have well and truly fell off plan for a little bit haven't I!

I was really good all week until my birthday, and then we went out for tea twice, had a takeaway, ate cake and drank all the wine. It was great.

However, I would hate to undo all my hard work. I've put half a pound on this week, and one and a half last week, so that's 2lb. Not the end of the world but I need to get that off this week and get straight back on track.

This is what happens when I lose weight, always. I get comfortable, feel a bit better and then go off track and before I know it the weight is all back on. However, it's been a long time since I have lost this much weight so I am going to get in the right frame of mind to keep it off this time.

I have a plan:

* I have a food diary for this week that I will fill in to stay on track
* Gym three times this week - I love it and can feel the difference having lost some of the weight now
* Back to loads of fruit and veg and meal planning for the week

I feel like I am in the right frame of mind now. Just this morning I have woke up in THE ZONE.

So, I'll draw a line under the last two weeks, and start again today.

  2. You deserved some treats around your finals & general degree finishing but you deserve to be skinny more. Keep going lass. You're doing so much better than me now!

  3. I've decided to up my gym sessions from two to three this week. Looking forward to having a virtual gym buddy x
