Review: Time4Sleep Memory Foam Pillows

I have never tried memory foam pillows. We always use feather and each time I have looked at memory foam, something has just made me go 'urgh no,' probably just out of habit. So when I got the chance to review a set, I thought I should set aside my pillow-rut that I had got myself into and try them out.

The pillows are from Time4sleep and arrived in large zipped storage bags. My first impressions were that they were heavy! As a feather pillow person, I was a bit unsure if me and the memory foam pillow would get on!

Usually I have two pillows. Just two feather pillows. As soon as I put the memory foam pillow in a case and put it in place, it was clear that two pillows would definitely not be needed. When I put my head on the pillow itself, the only indent was that of my own shape. I was amazed by this. I know - you might think I'm being silly but really I have never had memory foam before so I was really shocked at how great it felt! There was no plumping or organising of pillows necessary - the weight of the memory foam means that it stays exactly where it is comfortable all night long.

It was so comfortable in fact, that Emily, aged 11, stole it from my room and swapped it with her feather ones... I think that a memory foam pillow may be on order for her too now!

The supreme memory foam pillows are £39.99 each, which is more than I would pay normally for a pillow. However, the comfort that is offered from this pillow is worth it. I think that the fact that it keeps its shape so well also means that it will last longer. There would be no need for me to buy new pillows all the time, and I definitely won't need to buy two!

We received the memory foam pillows free of charge for the purpose of the review, all words and views are my own.
