Review: Robinsons Fruit Shoot Jam

Just before the summer holidays began we were sent some Robinson's Fruit Shoot Jam to try out and see what we thought, along with some other summer-fun goodies.

Well, here is what we thought!

Our Summer Package

Well first of all, what a lovely summer we have had. I work three days a week, so the two days that I have had off have been great with the kids, and because Warren is a teacher we have had some fun days out. We didn't go on holiday this summer, (with trying to sell the house, of course,) but that doesn't mean we didn't make the most of the time together. The box of fun above came in handy for days in and out!

Robinsons Fruit Shoot Jams

We were sent three flavours to try:

* Strawberry and Summer Fruits
* Apple and Blackcurrent
* Orange

What I loved about them was that they are squeezy jams. I had never used anything like that before, and it was actually really fun to use. Sometimes I even let the kids get involved with the squeezing themselves. It makes it a lot easier to squirt jam into scones, on toast, on crackers or anything else you fancy really. Of course the kids love the fruit shoot flavours any way, so putting those flavours into jams was quite handy really!

It did get a bit messy, but that is just to be expected with Rosie, as she loves playing with her food - exploring the tastes, textures and interacting with her food. I like the fact that she in independent and loves to feed herself and us!

We really enjoyed our Fruit Shoot Jams. I liked how versatile the jam can be - and how easy it is just to squeeze it - so simple to squeeze onto porridge, ice cream or fruit and yoghurt.

We were sent our summer package free of charge, all words and views are our own.
