National Football Museum with MU Cheese & George Sampson

Last week we were invited to a really great event at the National Football Museum in conjunction with MU Cheese. We were there to sample some of the cheese and to learn some cool dance moves with Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson. The kids couldn't wait to get involved with this!

It was a really hot day for it and we have never visited the National Football Museum before so we were really chuffed to be going. First of all we were invited to a cheese-tasting session with MU Cheese. This was a really good idea as Alice got stuck right in!

I will be reviewing their cheese soon on the blog so keep an eye out for that - we were very impressed!

Next, we met George Sampson. Here he is on the MU Cheese channel showing off some of his moves

We went to the front of the museum and let the kids learn some cool moves. Emily loves dancing and Alice and Rosie were all too ready to get involved, as you can see from the photos! George was great with the kids and they all were really excited to meet him.

Can you spot Rosie?

The museum itself was great. I loved the way that it was set out and there were plenty of interactive games for the kids to play. Emily did a penalty shoot-out and got great scores. The museum has all kinds of historical football artifacts and information up to the present day. There is a good mix of information from all clubs - although Warren thought that there should have been more things pertaining to Everton Football Club, but you can't please everyone can you...!

We ate in the cafe of the museum - this was a nice pit-stop as the kids needed drinks with it being so warm!

All in all we had a great day. Thanks for inviting us MU Cheese!

We were invited to the event by MU Cheese and were given lunch vouchers and a goody bag with cheese to sample. All words and views are my own.
