A326 Empire: Stick a Fork In Me...I'm Done

I've always wanted to say that in real-life. About anything really.

So anyway, I am done. End of module assignment done and dusted. I must have spent around 20...30...40 hours on it. Would I prefer a three hour exam?

Yes.

So it's done. I always get a bit emotional at the end of these courses. History can be an emotional subject, it's not just something I am studying - people have lived this. I always feel a heavy weight - have I done this justice?

But of course that is not necessarily my weight to bear.

Do I think I have done enough to secure a distinction this year?

I don't know.

I know that I have a bad back from my poor posture at the laptop. My SPD has kicked in something rotten and I can barely lift my left leg. I'm tired, sad and proud to have finished such a tough year at uni.

Now for a break until results!

I had a shower after finishing and overheard Emily telling Alice the tale of the Three Little Pigs.

"I'll huff...and I'll puff... and I'll BLOW YOUR HOUSE IN"

And that, ladies and gents, summed up my essay on the subject of Empire. Here are a few pics of my last few hours on this course, starting with the bottle of fizz that I have just cracked open. This was given to me by one of my friends on the course who graduates this year.

Loved it.

Best glass of wine ever!

Urgh

ARGH!
Will I ever have a clear table???

I like to swear to myself on my essay notes

This is my reading list for next year. Alice drew 'tomatoes' on it

Am I working...Oooh no, I'm eating biscuits and reading blog posts...

I was writing with my left hand - Rosie was in my right...

The homeless pineapple returns. ALWAYS at the end of the year.

I'll be back with news on results. But for now, this student bum is having some study-free time!!
