Review & Giveaway! Wooden Advent Calendar & £25 Voucher From Love Christmas Ltd

I was very excited to be given the opportunity to work with a lovely chap at Love Christmas Ltd.  Love Christmas is a website that well...loves Christmas, and all of their products truly reflect that.

If you are like me the thought of Christmas is just exciting and terrifying in equal measures. I don't know about you but I like to try and get all of my Christmas shopping finished by the start of December. This is not me being bah humbug about the whole thing - I just want everything bought and wrapped, decorations at the ready - so that we can enjoy Christmas as a family without worrying about what to buy, when to buy and when to find the time.

So when we were sent this absolutely stunning wooden advent calendar to review, we were absolutely over the moon. It truly is a gorgeous decorative piece, as well as being fun for the children, and an item to use for years to come.

The calendar consists of 25 little drawers that can be opened each day in December, and of course, you can put whatever you like inside the drawers! We are planning on putting two wrapped chocolates in each drawer - one for Emily and one for Alice for each day.

The calendar also has a little festive scene at the top - as you can see from the photographs, there is a church building in the middle two houses either side and lovely little Christmas trees either side, with reindeers and snowmen and festive items hanging in the little shop window.

The scene also lights up. It takes 3 AA batteries and the windows of the church and houses light up - it really is something special. And what's more, there is a wind-up key at the back and it plays "We Wish You a Merry Christmas."

I've tried my best to take some lovely photos of the detail - it really is gorgeous.

Love Christmas Ltd have also got 10% off and free delivery for the whole of October, so do check them out. I spent AGES having a look at all the decorations and toys - they really are fantastic and also value for money - especially with the October special offer.

So - I also have a fantastic Giveaway connected with this. Fill in the Rafflecopter form below to be in with a chance of winning a £25 voucher to spend at Love Christmas Ltd. They have lots of item available such as singing toys, Christmas lights, decorations, snow globes - check their website out.

Please note that details will be forwarded to Love Christmas Ltd, as per the terms and conditions of the competition entry.  Good luck!

Disclosure: We were given the product free of charge for the purpose of the review. All words and views are my own.
